It’s a pay-to-play model where customers pay $30 upfront, and in turn receive 10% off on all orders for an entire year. The program offers early access to deals, additional savings on all orders and initial free shipping.


As the integrated program manager, I ran the end-to-end offer including, setting up sales rules, loading products into inventory, writing marketing content, troubleshooting usage issues, email audiences, partner vendor management and program closing.
I launched a few iterations of this program and created SOPs for any program managers to follow and implement.
