In order to generate interest in repeat visits to the site, I launched this micro offer program called Extra Credit. The point of the program was to hide the ad or filler tile on the site in a different location whenever a customer came back the site. When the customer clicked on the visual element, I set up logic to collect their customer ID and automatically apply $1 to their account. This was a fun and engaging way to promote the customer behavior of returning to the site often.
I was responsible for and project managed: ideating concept, requesting creative, setting up logic and audience/sales rules, launch program, pull impact reports and analyze program success.
